All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Our estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on most orders across India.
If any shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders and locations. Our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatching your COD order.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer not available

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee before resending the order.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.
