At Petforest, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

To be eligible for a return, you must provide clear photos or a video of the product showing the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if applicable)


Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your Order ID, registered phone number, and photos or video of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.


Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after you provide your details


Replacement Policy

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.


Refused or Undelivered Orders (COD)

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to block future COD orders from the same customer or contact number.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the approved timeline:

  • Check your bank account or UPI app again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
